Your first lessonThe goal is to feel comfortable, understand basic rules, learn court positioning and make clean contact with the ball.
Lesson 11+Serve in reliably, rally balls consistently, feel comfortable at the kitchen line and play recreational games confidently
Lesson 4-10Improve ground strokes, kitchen play, serves, and overall game tactics.
Lesson 2-3Understand the basic fundamentals to execute a forehand, backhand, and volley.
