Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst of all, introduce myself; 2nd Warm up and stretch ; 3rd Introduce what’s Pickleball; 4th brief introduction of how to play and the rules. After that show student how to grab the paddle, bounce the ball with forehand and backhand. Then teach them where to stand and stance as well as footwork. Show them how to serve- let the students do the drills(1st day learn how to do top spin serve with forehand)
Lesson 11+Learn How to do forehand backspin serve (more difficult serve then topspin), learn how and when to use different skills. Where do you let the landed to make your opponent more difficulty to return your ball. I am sure after taking 20 lessons and if you practice not only at class, but also play with other players more often with the knowledge and skills I taught, your skill level can reach at least 2.5+
