Your first lessonGoal: Introduce players to the basics of pickleball, including rules, equipment, and foundational skills, while keeping the session fun and engaging. Drills would be focused on dinking and practicing ground strokes.
Lesson 4-10What to Expect Through Lessons 4–10
As players progress through lessons 4–10, the focus will shift from mastering foundational skills to developing advanced techniques, strategic thinking, and game readiness. Each lesson will build on the previous ones to ensure steady improvement and confidence on the court.
Lesson 2-3Building Consistency and Expanding Skills
• Reinforce foundational techniques (serving, dinking, and groundstrokes).
• Focus on improving consistency and accuracy in shot placement.
• Introduce the basics of volleys and non-volley zone (kitchen) play.
• Begin incorporating simple strategies, like court positioning and communication for doubles play.
