Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe use progressive skill building drills to learn basic receiving and sending skills. We learn the first 4 shots.
Lesson 11+We refine techniques to address biomechanics and improve footwork and anticipation skills along with court positioning and contact footwork.
Lesson 4-10We use game based play to start adding in tactical elements of the game.
Lesson 2-3We refine the sending and receiving skills by adding in more live ball, target training.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe establish a baseline and intervention plan to improve both weakness and strength. We will refine mechanics with video analysis.
Lesson 2-3We continue to update the development roadmap with the interventions jointly established using game based progressive drills.
Youth players
Working with kidsI create a fun learning environment while aligning a development plan to the child's goals and desires.
Working with teenagersI help teens establish an identity on court by developing skills to be more competitive.
