About your pickleball coach

I’ve been competing in pickleball since July 2023, earning five singles and four doubles podium finishes at the 4.0-4.5 DUPR level. I bring a strong athletic foundation from Division III football, racquetball, table tennis, basketball, baseball, wrestling, CrossFit, obstacle course racing, and half marathons. My coaching style blends strategy, movement, and mindset to help players of all levels improve their game. Whether you’re new to pickleball or pushing for the podium, I’m here to help you play smarter and stronger!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

What stood out most was how quickly Kyle identified and helped fix issues I didn’t even realize I had. My contact with the ball improved immediately, making my shots more solid and safer. I’ve been doing a lot of open play and clinics and lessons to challenge myself by playing with stronger players, but working with Kyle really leveled things up. What sets him apart is how he combines strategy and technique in such a thoughtful way. He watched me play in a match, then tailored our lesson to focus on exactly what I needed to work on. Kyle came to the session totally prepared—with targeted drills that were both fun and challenging, and definitely a great workout. The best part? He stuck around after to play some open play games, which gave me the chance to immediately apply what I’d learned. Later, he even sent over videos of drills I can use to keep improving, along with a super insightful recap of my match—highlighting where I should focus next. Overall, it was a really impactful session. Kyle clearly walks the walk as a player, and he brings that same level of commitment and care to coaching. If you get the chance to book with him—do it. You’ll get better and have a great time doing it.

I tried playing “open pickleball” at my health club as it was included in my membership fee. Unfortunately, no one was there to teach the rules or strategy and the ‘courts’ (3 pickleball nets strung side by side on a basketball court) were full beyond capacity with every level of player. Just yuck. After a few frustrating weeks, I gave up. After several months of not playing at all, I decided to give it another go and my sister and I took about 4 hours of playing lessons from Kyle. He was so helpful. He assessed my skill level, and gave great feedback on how a few small changes could help me. He gave me a few drills to work on and with the tips and techniques he shared, my game is rapidly improving. I finally understand what everyone is raving about! I can now officially say ‘I’m hooked on pickleball!’ Thank you Kyle!! 😀
