I am a high-level 4.4-rated pickleball player with strong skills in both doubles and singles. My background as a college lacrosse athlete and coach has given me a solid foundation in teaching and strategy, which I now bring to the pickleball court. I am excited to help beginners and intermediate players improve their game. I’ve already been teaching through referrals and requests from friends, and I look forward to helping more players develop their skills and love for pickleball!

Working with teenagersFor teenagers, the focus should be on developing solid fundamental skills like consistent strokes, quick footwork, and dinking, while introducing advanced techniques such as adding spin to serves and learning the third shot drop. Emphasize court positioning, shot selection, and game strategy to improve their overall play. Conditioning exercises for speed and strength, combined with drills that build mental toughness and confidence, will help them excel.
