Your first lessonThe basics: learn the starting rules, how to keep score, learn to dink and serve.
Lesson 11+We will focus on anything you want to hone in on, back hand, drives, drops, speed up, positioning, etc.
Lesson 4-10Each lesson we will focus on one part of the game and gain confidence in one area before adding more skills into your tool box
Lesson 2-3Work on dinking drills and third shot drop.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe'll assess your current skill level, then revisit and perfect your foundational skills as needed. We will ensure your strokes, serves, and footwork are precise and consistent. We'll conduct a thorough assessment of your current play to tailor the lessons to your specific needs.
Lesson 11+Finally we'll put your skills to the test with guided game play, incorporating all the techniques and strategies you've learned. We'll also introduce you to advanced shots like lobs and spins, and fine-tune your overall game performance to prepare you for competitive play.
Lesson 4-10Now we'll focus on improving your shot accuracy and placement while learning key strategies for both singles and doubles play. We'll work on your volleys, dinks, and game tactics to increase your confidence and effectiveness on the court.
Lesson 2-3Based on the assessment we will work on specific drills and exercises. This would be third shot drops/drives, resets, forehand/backhand dinks, resets, crosscourt shots, lobs, etc.
Youth players
Working with kidsGuardian must be present for the entire lesson.
Working with teenagersGuardian must be present for the entire lesson for children under the age of 16.
