Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvery player is different, so I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all lesson plan. Our first lesson is about getting to know your game, identifying your strengths and opportunities, and building the right fundamentals. We’ll focus on proper grip, stance, footwork, swing mechanics, and contact point while creating a personalized plan for your improvement.
Lesson 2-3As your confidence grows, we’ll continue refining your fundamentals while introducing serves, returns, dinks, volleys, transitions, and court positioning. Every lesson builds on the previous one, but the pace is always based on your progress—not a predetermined schedule.
Lesson 4-10Once your foundation is solid, we’ll begin applying your skills in realistic game situations. You’ll learn shot selection, consistency, movement, strategy, and how to make smart decisions under pressure while continuing to fine-tune your technique.
Lesson 11+From here, lessons become completely personalized. We’ll focus on the areas that will have the greatest impact on your game, whether that’s mastering advanced shots, improving tournament play, increasing consistency, or simply becoming a more confident recreational player. My goal is continuous improvement at a pace that works for you.
Youth players
Working with kidsI believe kids learn best when they’re having fun and building confidence. I keep lessons positive, engaging, and age-appropriate while teaching proper fundamentals from the beginning. Every child learns at a different pace, so I adapt each lesson to their personality and skill level, celebrating progress along the way.
