Oh, Kevin’s really good at giving immediate feedback on my shots, which I find quite helpful. Beginner training plan

Your first lessonLearn the proper grip and stance for Pickleball. Begin work on the basic fundamentals of the dink , drive and volleys . Learn the basic rules and scoring .

Lesson 11+Drill drill and drill . At this point you will be doing the same drills I do with my partners to prepare for leagues or tournament play . You will get a tremendous workout preparing you for competitive play .

Lesson 4-10Start to work on advanced strategies of the game such as attacks , blocks , resets and the 3rd shot drop . You will learn the key differences between Pickleball and Tennis . I specialize in switching over advanced Tennis players and competitive athletes in general.

Lesson 2-3Incorporate serves and returns. Start to stress footwork and moving forward to the No Volley Zone to hit volleys and overheads .
