He listened to the areas of improvement I wanted to focus on, analyzed my weaknesses by watching me play, provided excellent pointers on how to improve my weak areas, and offered many suggestions and insights on how to improve my game generally. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe cob we the fundamental skills and rules of pickleball. We begin at the NVZ (kitchen) and then work our way back to the baseline.
Lesson 11+We focus on tactics and strategies.
Lesson 4-10We focus on more advanced skills such as spins, serves and overheads.
Lesson 2-3We focus on dinking, drops, resets, volleys, drives and serves
