Your first lessonTeach basic rules, proper paddle grips, and techniques. Illustrate dynamic warm-ups.
Lesson 2-3Teach proper court position and strategies for winning pickleball matches. Students will actually play live games.
Lesson 4-10Continue focus on proper paddle grips and strokes. Demonstrate how to effectively serve, volley, dink, and return. Work on the different strokes during live match play.
Youth players
Working with kidsI will emphasize that having fun is a priority. I will teach good footwork, balance, basic rules, and proper strokes. The kids will learn to be good teammates and a good sport
