Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson we will go over rules and how to play the game.
Lesson 11+We will do additional practice with different players and you will learn how to play against all levels of experience.
Lesson 4-10We will practice returning the serve and third drop shot.
Lesson 2-3We will practice serving the ball to the opponent.
