The lesson with Kathleen was personalized, focusing on my individual needs and building confidence in my technique. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will assess your current skill level using a variety of drills. From there we will determine your individual pickleball playing goals.
Lesson 11+We will continue to develop solid pickleball habits and build strategy into your practice.
Lesson 4-10We will continue to build upon your skills, focusing on areas of improvement. At this point we may also include the ball machine to improve your skills while challenging your fitness.
Lesson 2-3We will pick 2-3 areas to develop within your play and practice using targeted drills. I will be looking at your technique to ensure that you are building good habits.
What you need to bringI always encourage players to message me, letting me know ahead of time what you’d like to work on during our coaching session. I come prepared with a personalized coaching outline designed to meet your needs.

What I can bringI have extra paddles for those who don’t have their own or would like to try out another brand.
I bring plenty of balls so we can spend more time practicing and less time chasing pickleballs.
My instruction may also include training aides. I’ve recently purchased the Titan Ace ball machine which we can use to improve the variety of drills offered in my lessons.
