Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson we will go over how to hold a paddle and the technique on your forehand dink (maybe even backhand) all while having fun!
Lesson 11+Continual shot development as well as learning to play with intention
Lesson 4-10Basic strategy will be introduced, while starting to think about placement. We will talk about drops vs drives, slice vs topspin and start to develop a style that is going to best fit the student
Lesson 2-3We will start to get into volleys, serves and court positioning
Youth players
Working with kidsKeep it fun for them! I have kids myself so I know this will be the main focus. We will play games but still learn correct grips and techniques
