Advanced training plan
Your first lessonEvaluate whether you can drop 9/10 balls into kitchen. Evaluate transition zone resets and control. Evaluate shot selection. Then address and improve each discipline with a strong foundation and mental strategy.
Lesson 2-3Master, transition zones, hand battles, attack zones, counter zones, swing mechanics advanced and court positioning and advanced footwork.
Lesson 4-10Exercises that focus on improving strength and core, tailored drills to master and improved weaknesses and turn them into strengths, master 3rd shot drive down the line, middle and cross court, both forehand and backhand. Dink with purpose and topspin.
Lesson 11+Master consistency, improve shot selection, strategy, proper footwork court positioning, master resets, offensive and defensive lob, when to use and placement mechanics.

What I can bringPickleballs & training devices. Student must bring their own Pickleball Paddle. If the student needs a pickleball paddle I can bring. You need to provide reasonable notice that paddles are needed for your lesson.
