Your first lessonGetting started
We’ll begin with the basics: understanding the rules, scoring system, and essential equipment. You’ll also learn the core fundamentals—how to grip the paddle, the proper stance, and the basic strokes—to set a strong foundation for your game.
Lesson 11+Advanced Play & Competition Readiness
Finally, you’ll put everything into practice with guided game play. We’ll incorporate all the techniques and strategies you’ve learned while introducing advanced shots such as lobs and spins. These sessions will fine-tune your overall performance and prepare you for competitive-level play.
