Your first lessonGet a feel for hitting the ball along with the basic strokes (dinks, drops, serves) focusing on getting the ball into play, understanding basic shots, game play rules, scoring, rotation, court layout and positioning.
Lesson 2-3Fine tuning basic shots focusing on quality technique along with introducing basic gameplay strategies.
Lesson 4-10Focus on shot selection, introducing more shots, lobs, resets/blocks, overheads and when to use them.
Lesson 11+Focusing on strategies of the game, partner positioning and honing specific shot skills to move your game to the next level.

Reset/reinforce advanced fundamentals
Introduce “intentional play” mindset — shot selection with purpose.
Begin with advanced serving and return patterns.
Lesson 2-3Building Core Advanced Skills
Dink patterns under pressure (precision, depth, and spin control).
3rd shot drop vs. drive decision-making.
Transition zone (mid-court) positioning and movement drills.
Offensive vs. defensive resets — learning when to attack or neutralize.
Begin stacking/rotational doubles strategies
