Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet a feel for hitting the ball along with the basic strokes (dinks, drops, serves) focusing on getting the ball into play, understanding basic shots, game play rules, scoring, rotation, court layout and positioning.
Lesson 11+Focusing on strategies of the game, partner positioning and honing specific shot skills to move your game to the next level.
Lesson 4-10Focus on shot selection, introducing more shots, lobs, resets/blocks, overheads and when to use them.
Lesson 2-3Fine tuning basic shots focusing on quality technique along with introducing basic gameplay strategies.
Advanced training plan
What you need to bring-Please wear Pickleball or tennis shoe (running sneakers not recommended)
