Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start on learning the basics of Pickleball such as how to keep score and where to hit the ball. Then we work in form and technique on basic hits like serving and returning.
Lesson 2-3We move on to focuse more on technique and form on how to do drives, dinks and drops.
Lesson 4-10We can start talking about strategy and how to engage and block hard drives and speed-ups.
Lesson 11+Work on resets and talk more about strategy and increasing your hit ratio.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonHow to serve, drive and return effectively with both the forehand and two-handed backhand.
Lesson 2-3How to dink and drop effectively with both the forehand and two-handed backhand.
Lesson 4-10How to move the ball around the kitchen and talk strategy within the kitchen. How to start a speedup and how to counter-act speedups at the kitchen as well as how to reset balls at the kitchen and midcourt.
