Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson is all about assessing where you’re at in your Pickleball journey, I work with people who have never played the game before all the way to people with multiple years of experience, looking to level up.
Lesson 11+These can be supplemented with videos of gameplay or gameplay coach in person in order to continue refining your skills. Pickleball is easy to learn but impossible to master the road mappers itself as we go along.
Lesson 4-10Ongoing lessons are tailored as the athlete progresses and may include drilling framework to be used outside of our time together
Lesson 2-3Based on your initial lesson and assessment, we can extrapolate core skills to work on including those which are personal preference/priority
