Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDevelop touch, control and calmness. You will learn how much time you actually have during a rally so we can use that skill in the following sessions. Or that first lesson if we book a two hour!
Lesson 11+We will work on the weakest part of your game and develop a plan for what your goal is. If that’s begetting better or just wanting to win more often we can make that happen!
Lesson 4-10Thirds, serves, speedups, kitchen combinations, court positioning 5th shots and transitions. We will also work on and develop the five fundamentals of pickleball!
Lesson 2-3Returns and counter punch volley
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssess abilities and work on a coupe developments.
Lesson 11+Kitchen combinations. Speedup disguise. Avoiding body bags. ATPs and Ernie’s.
Lesson 4-103rd and 5th shots. Transition zone. How to win more games statistically.
Lesson 2-3Roll volleys, sweeping volleys and counter punch volleys. With the titan ball machine.
Youth players
Working with kidsIt has to be fun so that’s what my lesson will be focused on. Making sure they have fun with their first experience in a more structured setting or even if it’s their first time playing we want them to enjoy and be excited for the next session!
Working with teenagersMost teens play fast and tight. Limiting growth past certain skill levels. We will use that fast paced game play to make sure they a dictating pace but doing in a way that’s fluid and controlled!
