Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe’ll start with the basics of how to hold the paddle, rules of the game and we’ll learn the mechanics of how to make each shot. You’ll have loads of repetition and you’ll be surprised how quickly you learn.
Lesson 11+You’re not a beginner anymore. You should be on the court playing weekly and when you’re ready to advance your game further, give me a call.
Lesson 4-10We’ll continue growing your ability and start thinking about anticipating the next shot.
Lesson 2-3We’ll take the foundation and start to grow your consistency and execution. Body position, foot work and swing style is the focus.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI like to watch you play in a game. I need only 4-5 points at full effort to see how you play. A discussion with you follows and together we talk about your goals. We break out into action and start refining your game.
Lesson 4-10Further refinement on all parts of your game and by now we are usually into strategy. Working with your partner and directing the game instead of reacting to it.
