Wow, Jay’s lesson really showed some progress in just one session, especially with how he managed to help me improve quickly. He explained the rules better too, which was useful. Though I think some reinforcement of game terminology might help me remember things longer, still, it's encouraging to see the improvements so soon. If you're looking for a nuanced, straightforward approach, I’d suggest trying Jay out.

The lesson with Jay was quite helpful, especially since we’re beginners and needed guidance on basic shots. Though we still need to review scoring and practice more, I feel confident about what I learned and look forward to improving further. How it works

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonEvery NEW student will be asked some very important questions before starting, such as, what are their goals, knowledge of game, prior athletics, physical condition, medical issues, etc.... I will go through stretching, body weight strength training, feet and leg mobility. .... I will evaluate players movements, swing mechanics, and paddle control/grip. Additional training sessions will depend on what I gather from 1st meeting, that's why the 1st session is usually longer than an hour. (Included)

Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life can be unpredictable and plans might change. That's why we've got your back with our flexible cancellation policy, designed to give you peace of mind when booking private sports lessons with our awesome local instructors!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
