Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson i explain all the rules and practice dinking and serving for beginners. For intermediates, first lesson I will evaluate their weaknesses by playing 1v1 and do drills based on that.
Lesson 11+A beginner can expect to know more about playing competitively and how to enter tournaments, how to get their dupr, and how to continuously progress their skills to become an intermediate/expert level player.
Lesson 4-10Beginners can expect to know all rules, and have a solid foundation for all the pickleball fundamentals in their 4th-10th lessons.
Lesson 2-3A beginner can expect more of variety of dinking/serving practice as well as forehand/backhand drive technique on the 2nd and 3rd lessons. Intermediates can expect to work on third shot drops as well as kitchen play/hands battles, and overhead technique.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
