Your first lessonMaking sure they know the proper stance and paddle position. Understanding the rules of the sport and how the sport should be played.
Lesson 11+Putting the pieces of serving, 3rd shot drop or drive, and working there way to the net. For getting the ball served to them. Making sure they can return the serve and try to get to the net. To keep the other team back, and for the serving team working there way to the net.
Lesson 4-10Working on blocks at the kitchen line, and making sure they are not swinging at the ball. Working on drop shots,
