PPR Certified Pickleball Teaching Professional whose unique approach, "The Way of Pickleball," goes beyond technique to focus on clearing the mind and finding the flow of the game. With a dedication to eliminating inefficiencies and promoting injury-free techniques, I aim to enhance the joy of Pickleball by creating a more fluid and consistent playing style. Beyond teaching at Loma Linda University and Nike Sports Camps, I serve as a Pickleball World Ambassador, actively promoting the sport's growth in South Korea and Asia while also contributing to the global effort to introduce pickleball into the Olympics. I'm also a Level 2 credentialed USAP Referee and Team Selkirk Sponsored Athlete, not just a coach but a true advocate for the sport's enjoyment and evolution.

I had my first lesson with James and it was so fun! James is such an amazing Pickleball trainer. He is so patient and kind. James helped me so much with my serve, and gave me very helpful advice on how to attack the ball while at the net. His lesson really helped me to gain confidence in my serve! James also worked with me on how to improve my dink and volley. I will definitely be booking future lessons with James!

I was on a business trip in Palm Springs area and took 2 private lessons with James. He is an excellent instructor with lesson plan that was catered to my skill level. His insights to the details that he shared with me has helped my game significantly. I wished I lived in the PS area so I can take lessons from James regularly. Definitely will plan on more trips to PS and take more lessons with James.

I had a private lesson with James. I needed some input on my serve. James is very professional, kind, and easy to take instruction from. He listened to my concerns and provided clear instruction on the changes I needed to make. By the end of the lesson, I was able to implement the changes he recommended. Definitely going back for another lesson!!

My friend and I decided we were going to finally take a Pickleball lesson just to see if we would like the game. I found James as an instructor and I would say we got lucky. He was fantastic with the fundamentals of the game. He was encouraging and kind. We learned so much in our 2 hour session. He also made it fun. I would highly recommend him!

I look forward to taking lessons with James as my wife learned an enormous amount from him with just one lesson. She said James had the ability to quickly identify what would benefit her the most. After concentrating on those things, her game improved significantly. She also mentioned how kind and patient James was; a natural teacher.
