Henry is super knowledgeable and patient as a pickleball coach. He focused on fundamentals like grip, positioning, and dinking, and explained why things work, not just what to do. The lesson was structured but relaxed, and I left with specific things to practice. Highly recommend.

I’ve been playing pickleball at around 3.5 and coaching with Henry has made a noticeable difference. We worked on weaknesses in my technique and discussed that my goal is to get to a 4.0 level and we worked on ideas that maybe won't work at a higher level but do work at this level. The lessons were well structured, efficient, and tailored to what I wanted to improve. Highly recommend for anyone looking to level up.
Beginner training plan
Your first lesson1: Dynamic warmup to prevent injury
2. Discuss basic rules, scoring and basic game play and player's goal regarding what they wish to achieve with pickleball
3. Evaluate player strengths and weaknesses with one on one play and mini games
4. Targeted drill for one aspect of the game to improve
Lesson 11+Mixture of targeted drills and strategy to utilize in match play. Will likely re-evaluate using one on one play and mini games to recalibrate lesson plan. Will also begin exploring mental aspect of games and competition
Lesson 4-10Once basic skills and drills have been done, will begin discussion of strategy and tactics utilized at different levels of play and integrate them into drills and lesson plan
