Your first lessonPickleball fundamentals, rules, scoring system, shot techniques, rallying, fun games.
Lesson 2-3Deeper dive into backhand, forehand shot techniques, court positioning, serve returning strategies, dinking strategies.
What you need to bringBringing your own paddle and a ball is recommended but not a requirement. Wear clothes with pockets to put extra balls in and a comfortable sneaker.
What I can bringI have a few extra paddles that can be used in solo/group coaching and some pickleballs as well.
