In the first lesson, my hope would be able to get to know you and your sports background. We will cover basic rules to the game of Pickleball, the dimensions of the court and how to hold the paddle properly. We will also learn how to do dinks into the kitchen and the basic serve.
This section would include more event stuff in terms of serving, volley, consistency, and drilling and hitting the ball between your legs.
These lessons will consist of all types of lollies, transition zone, variety of serves, team play, strategy, lobs, getting lobs, video, tape, and dissection and feedback.
lesson two and three well cover fore hand and back hand hit from the baseline from the transition zone and up close and across the court history of these groundstrokes are important!
I would take some time to get to know you as a person and as a player. We will do dynamic stretching because practices and training will be intense and when to prevent injury. we will start with aggressive, dinging skills and drilling.
This section would be the whole development of not just being good but being great at everything!
We will continue to work on serves, and then the best type of returns to set up things. We will press into more advanced dinking and speed ups.
We will work on Advance valley’s overhead, attack volleys, punch, volley, rolls, other variations of volleys!
We will also work on drop shots from everywhere in the court and resets!
The goal here would be to develop consistency, fast hands, and reaction!
We will also work on lobs, returning lobs, and learning how to hit the ball between your legs to return a lob!
As we continue to have lessons, I’ll continue to get to know you better and focusing on the areas of key development!
Also Ernie’s, around the poles…
This lesson will consist of developing one strong serve, and a secondary serve that will serve as a change up the goal. Here would be to maximize your serving ability and making it a strength to your game.
The goal hair would be to have one solid hard and fast serve. And another serve that would be different, maybe a curveball or a screwball.
We will also work on forehand and backhand, this is important for consistency, power, precision, and pace!
