Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would to know what are your initial goals, and will teach you the basics including how to grip the paddle, talk to you where to stand on the court, how to hit the ball the proper way.
Lesson 11+We will play matches, and increase your proficiency in the kitchen. We will start learning to how to speed up and cross court dinking.
Lesson 4-10Will teach you how to proper serve, how to properly volley the ball, cross court shots and dink in the kitchen.
Lesson 2-3We will start rallying, play in the kitchen and have fun in the process.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWill asses drop shot skills from the base line and work on improving those. Will assess dinking skills and volley closing shot skills and work on improving those.
Lesson 11+Will train on perfecting each facets of your game and get your ready to play tournaments and be competitive but have fun in the process.
Lesson 4-10Will work heavily on dinking, speed ups at the net and closing shot strategies. We will play matches at the end of each sessions.
Lesson 2-3Work on intensity of the game, work on consistency of the dinking and work on perfecting an effective serve.
