Your first lessonFocus: Understanding the scoring system and rules of pickleball. Key Points: • Overview of the game (court layout, paddle, and ball). • Explanation of scoring rules, including the two-bounce rule. • Basic understanding of how to serve and return.

Lesson 11+Focus: Mastery and competitive preparation. Key Points: • Advanced shot techniques (spin serves, lobs, and overhead smashes). • Refining strategy for high-level gameplay. • Mental aspects of competition: staying focused under pressure. • Preparing for tournaments: rules, etiquette, and competitive mindset. • Practicing with drills that mimic real-game scenarios.

Lesson 4-10Focus: Refining skills and developing strategic play. Key Points: • Mastering dinking and incorporating it into gameplay. • Understanding and executing drop shots. • Working on court coverage and teamwork for doubles play. • Introducing shot placement strategies to control the pace of the game. • Recognizing opponents’ weaknesses and adjusting strategies.
