Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst, we’ll start with classic dinking, same side and cross court. From there, I will identify weakness to develop a plan for improvement.
Lesson 11+Developing a sense of aggression and tactics to play smart pickleball. Introducing nuances and advanced technical drills to develop a sense of confidence and security in high pressure moments.
Lesson 4-10Volleys, footwork, fast hands, drives, back hand flicks/slices, serves, starting to hone advance techniques assuming basic fundamentals are strong.
Lesson 2-3Reinforce strategies discussed in first lesson. Introduce the 7-11 drill to identify potential weaknesses.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssessing current skill level and discussing insecurities to develop a plan to overcome those insecurities.
