Your first lessonIntroducing each other as well as understanding the needs, wants and goals of the individual being coached. 1v1 Game, Serving & Dinking exercises.
Lesson 11+Enhanced Cardio, Enhanced Paddle Tactics and Techniques as well as overall Game Psychology.
Lesson 4-10Proper Form, Court Position and Execution of Shot Consistency.
Lesson 2-3Basic Drills, Footwork and understanding of various shot combinations.
