Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will start with a quick warm-up and a friendly skinny singles game, which will allow me to feel out your skills and tendancies. From there, we will focus in on one specific skill, work on honing proper form and strategy of that skill. And then play cooperative and competive games to further work that skill in real game scenarios.
Lesson 11+By the end of 10 lessons, we will have worked on every major aspect of the game and will begin working harder with repetition and advanced strategies for improving consistency and competing at a higher level.
Lesson 4-10Through 10 lessons, we will cover all major aspects of the game: Serve, return, 3rd shot drop/drive, transition zone, dinking, speed ups, resets, counterattacks, and even Erne's, ATP's, and lobs.
Lesson 2-3The goal of each coaching session is to fix/improve one specific leak - underperforming tendencies - in each session.
Advanced training plan
