Lesson 2-3More strategy based teaching, will still go over the basics and ensure the rules of the game are understood. More simulated gameplay, transition to realistic gameplay.
Lesson 4-10More realistic gameplay, less focus on going over the basic rules of the game. Implementing strategies to overcome opponents with more consistency.
Lesson 11+More realistic gameplay, at this point I will likely insert myself into the drills at full speed and strength to give them practice with a pro.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonStrategy based teaching. Evaluate where the clients are at, listen to their concerns about their game, see where I can help improve their game, focus on the aspects of their game they truly wish to improve on.
Lesson 2-3Based on week one evaluation, design drills that cater to their specific needs. Realistic game play scenarios, break down strategy as each game plays out.
