Your first lessonI teach you how to hold the paddle, how to stand in a ready position, and the basic rules. We practice easy shots like dinks, volleys, and simple serves. You’ll learn where the non-volley zone (NVZ) is and how a rally works so you can start playing right away

Lesson 11+We work on playing smarter. You’ll learn when to attack, when to reset the ball, and how to watch your opponents’ movements. We practice speed-ups, counterattacks, and making better choices during points. These lessons become more tailored to help you keep improving

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonI start by watching how you play so I can see your strengths and weaknesses. We run through advanced warm-up drills, then work on shot accuracy, footwork, and fast reaction skills. I check your technique on drives, drops, volleys, and resets so we know what needs the most improvement

Lesson 11+At this level, your training is fully personalized. We sharpen your mental game, improve your consistency, and build patterns you can use in tournaments or competitive play. You’ll learn when to speed up, when to slow the ball down, and how to create openings. Each lesson focuses on cleaning up mistakes and adding weapons to your game

Lesson 4-10These lessons are all about leveling up your game. We work on shaping shots, attacking from the transition zone, and staying steady during long points. You’ll practice roll volleys, defensive resets, and smart ball placement. We also break down doubles strategy like stacking, switching, and covering the court as a team

Lesson 2-3We focus on advanced control and shot choices. You’ll practice third-shot drops under pressure, fast speed-ups at the non-volley zone (NVZ), and strong counterattacks. We also work on reading your opponent’s paddle angle and making quicker decisions during rallies

Working with kidsI keep lessons fun, active, and easy to understand. We use simple drills, short games, and clear steps so kids stay focused and excited to learn. We work on consistency, shot selection, and smart movement, but we also focus on principles they can use off the court—discipline, communication, handling pressure, setting goals, and staying confident in themselves. I want every teenager to leave each session not just as a better player, but as a stronger and more focused person
