Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is structured around your current ability and knowledge of the game. We will discuss beginning fundamentals and rules along with some beginning strategy for competitive play.
Lesson 11+We will deep dive into your goals as a player and work towards those goals.
Lesson 4-10We will implement a training plan to focus on specific items that need attention. Working on drives, drops, blocking, resets and serves.
Lesson 2-3We will continue working on fundamentals and basic strategy.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAccess currently ability. Begin focusing on what the player would like to get better at in their game. Go over techniques to hit certain shots. Discuss high level strategy.
Lesson 11+Help the player get to the next level and stay consistent by drilling, working on advanced techniques and working within the players capability and mobility to draw up ways to attack high level and pro players.
Lesson 4-10Work on consistency in the areas of need. Working out game plans to attack different skill sets.
Lesson 2-3Set a routine to work on certain skill sets that the player would like to be more advanced in. Train those items over and over with the player.
