Lesson 4-10Hitting the ball and defending at the kitchen line. Proper movement and placement of ball.
Patience on the return and allowing the ball to bounce before returning and so much more
Lesson 2-3Hitting proper shots, how to dink at the net and where not to put a shot. Learn to serve in a proper way.
