Lesson 11+Lesson 11: Advanced Dinking and Placement • Objective: Master more advanced dinking techniques and improve shot placement. • Activities: • Practice dinking with a focus on angles and depth. • Work on soft touch to keep the ball low and near the kitchen line. • Play a mini-game focusing on consistent, accurate dinking. • Cool-down: Stretching and feedback.
