Hey, my lesson with Carey was quite helpful especially in terms of strategy play, which I found pretty interesting. Still, I think I need to work on my shot consistency, but overall, I left feeling a bit more confident in my game. Carey has a calm, measured way of teaching that makes it easier to pick up new tactics without feeling overwhelmed. I’d be open to doing another lesson soon.

How it works
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will do a quick assessment on your current skills. This will help me to determine how to personalize the lessons to you. I structure unique lessons for each student and push them to test their boundaries in a fun, zero pressure way.
Lesson 11+We will dive deeper into situational tactics that you can apply to give your team the best chance of success. By this time, you will have built up a complete foundation for the game. Continued refinement of certain shots and more advanced strategies and pattern recognition.
Lesson 4-10We will turn you into a complete player— one who can use a variety of shots to play the game. You will have a framework for when to apply pressure with attacking shots, when to use the soft game, and how to game plan against other players. We will your shots so that they begin to become part of your core muscle memory.
Lesson 2-3Diving deeper into the foundational skills you are going to need. I will identify your strengths so that you can learn to compound them in games. And we will begin to explore strategic principles from both serve and receive side. You will have a plan on each side.
What you need to bringGood court shoes, a paddle and a bottle of water. Bring sunscreen on sunnier days. I’ll bring everything else!
What I can bringI will provide balls and up to 3 paddles for group lessons. Please try to bring a paddle to follow up lessons.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
