Your first lessonWe will start wherever you need to begin! If thatโs straight from opening up the rule book, wonderful! And weโll continue from there.
Lesson 11+As we go from here, the fundamentals should be sound. Weโll begin challenging yourself with more complex shots, intentional court decisions, and speeding up your entire game, whilst maintaining percentage play, through accuracy and consistency.
Lesson 4-10Once the hand-eye coordination is secured, weโll begin working on essential techniques of eliminating unforced errors. How can we stay in the game, and make the best decision for each shot. Talking about where to be in the court at all times, shot placement, service strategies, and rally combinations.
Lesson 2-3Once weโve established the fundamentals of the written rules, weโll begin working on the motor skills of contacting the ball appropriately, thinking about how and where weโre hitting the ball, and begin conversations about where we should be on the court at key moments.
