As a beginner pickle ball player I started to do drills with Brian about a year ago. Brian’s enthusiasm for the game, and his keen attention to to the technical aspects of play helped me a lot as a novice to this fun sport. I would recommend Brian to anyone wanting to learn the game or work to improve and develop their skills. And he makes it fun!

Beginner training plan
Your first lesson“Only way to get better is to hit balls” Introduce the basics of the game including grip, basic strokes, positioning. How to warmup.
Lesson 11+Put all the skills learned to the test with guided game play.
Lesson 4-10Refine top 5 skills while improving shot accuracy and placement. Further developing tactics, strategies and court positioning.
Lesson 2-3“What makes pickleball fun is hitting the ball back and forth over the net” Develop the top 5 beginner skills to build confidence and have longer rallies: Serve, returning serves, 3rd shots, footwork, shortening swing. Introduce some basic strategy and tactics (the why of a shot).
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFollow a play-practice-play format. First a quick game to assess your current skill level. Then revisit and perfect your foundational skills such as: grip, set up, impact point, sensation, recovery.
What you need to bringComfortable athletic clothes, non-marking tennis shoes and a water bottle for hydration. If you have a paddle feel free to bring it otherwise I’ll provide one. Most importantly, bring your enthusiasm and a positive attitude to enjoy the game.  Recommend eye protection

We totally understand that life can be unpredictable and plans might change. That's why we've got your back with our flexible cancellation policy, designed to give you peace of mind when booking private sports lessons with our awesome local instructors!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

Our goal is to make your experience smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. So go ahead and book with confidence, knowing that we're here to accommodate your needs every step of the way!
