Beginner training plan
Your first lessonSpoken Introduction to Pickleball going over all of the information from its origins, rules, basic fundamentals and philosophy of the game! Mainly focus on basic footwork, court positions and basic shots like dinks, drops,drives and resets.
Lesson 2-3Sharpening and revisiting everything from lesson one whole adding Lots of drills/games that are very fun, engaging, and competitive.
Lesson 4-10Sharpening on everything and revisiting from lesson one through week three, while also adding more in depth information on strategy and court positioning how to play with a partner and etc.
Lesson 11+Starting to work on specific shots working completely on just the forehand or the back hand working specifically on offense or defense working on patients working on consistency. The real nitty gritty at this point. Lots of repetitions lots of practice.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
