Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWelcome to your first session! We will learn the basic rules, how to hold the paddle and how to serve and rally safely while having fun at the same time!
Lesson 11+Playing a real match and focusing on the fundamentals
Lesson 4-10We will now focus on serving accuracy and returning the ball with force. Third shot drops, being defensive, and playing full intense games will be crucial
Lesson 2-3We will be practicing forehand and backhand shots, focusing on control and consistency during short rallies. We will also introduce the kitchen and explain the importance of it. Volleys will also be brought up as well!
What you need to bringPlease bring your own water, shoes with good traction, a paddle! (if you have)
What I can bringI can bring extra pickleballs and paddles if needed!
