Groundstrokes (15 min): I’ll have you hit some forehands and backhands from the baseline so we can see where your stroke mechanics and consistency are.
Net Play & Volleys (15 min): We’ll work on dinks and volleys at the non-volley zone, focusing on control and soft hands to help you develop a good touch at the net.
Serving & Wrap-Up (10 min): We’ll finish by practicing serves for consistency, then play out a few points so I can see how everything comes together in a game setting.
