I'm also a freshly certified pickleball coach (August 2024) and I'm thrilled to share my passion with you. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will observe your playing style, and access what learning skills you will need help with. Usually we start with the non volley line drills.
Lesson 11+We will continue to improve and start tactical and strategy.
Lesson 4-10We will continue and add in footwork, transition and weight transfer. We will start playing out points, and scoring. Serving will be incorporated also
Lesson 2-3We will continue to practice the non volley zone, and incorporate the transition from the baseline to the non volley zone.
