Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start with learning the game. How it’s played, what you can and can’t do.
Lesson 2-3More focus on the mechanics of playing pickleball. How to hit the ball properly in all phases of play. Basic serving, third shot and kitchen games.
Lesson 4-10Refining the basics. More focus on drills and constant improvement on the first three shots of a rally.
Lesson 11+Focus will be built on getting you ready to play at a competitive level!
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson is assessment of player ability and recognizing what areas the player wants to focus on and what I believe they can work on as well.
Lesson 2-3Finding suitable drills to help facilitate growth and improvement.
Lesson 4-10Bigger focus on applying training into game scenarios.
Lesson 11+Applied coaching - in game situations/adjustments/strategies. If needed, will be present on tournaments and competitive sessions to provide in game coaching
