Lesson 2-3Learning how to hit the ball and the 2 friendlies and play principal for pickleball followed by court rules thru fun drills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will start by looking at deep serves, second shot deep and third shot low.
Lesson 11+We will look at spikes, drop shots, cross court and down the line hits.
Lesson 4-10We will look at top spin and how to use on forehand or backhand and fitting this into dinking short game.
