Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will talk aboit your goals for PB, your athletic background, and jump right into hitting the ball. First lesson goal is to have a rally of 10+ hits!
Lesson 2-3We will refine our dinking skills, work on serves, hits from the baseline, basic strategy, and volleys.
Lesson 4-10We will get to playing full games and talk about how to find people your level to play against
Lesson 11+We will use pickleball as fitness and continue refining skills and strategies that will make you successful long term!
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will talk about where you are on your PB journey and where you want to be. We will explore your skills and see what needs to be worked on.
Lesson 2-3We will do some drilling and some gameplay to keep it fun.
Lesson 4-10We will work on intentional practice in gameplay, we might even mix it up with other players if you want to, to put those skills to the test.
