Your first lessonWe will learn how to play (rules of the game) and focus on the skills
Lesson 11+We will be incorporating all the techniques and start learning more about strategies on the court and visualization on decision making
Lesson 4-10We will start progressing on dinking, dinking patterns, volleys, aggressive dinks, aggressive volleys.
Lesson 2-3We will focus on the baseline which will be forehand, backhand, serves and returns.
What you need to bringMake sure bring athletic shoes and water!
What I can bringI bring balls with basket, cones and if you need an extra paddle I will have one!
